Nervsystemet styr hela kroppen!

Ryggmärgen länkar alla celler till hjärnan. Ryggmärgen fäster i huvudet, nacken och bäckenet. Om du blir sned i ryggen kan detta göra att ryggmärgen stretchas för mycket och ändrar funktionen i nerverna. Eftersom nerverna går till alla celler blir dem som är i kontakt med den delen i ryggmärgen som är stretchad påverkad. Detta märker du genom ont i rygg, nacke, migrän, huvudvärk, ischias, tennisarm, karpaltunnel etc. Du kanske inte vet om det för att kroppen är bra på att kompensera även om inte nervsystemet inte fungerar optimalt.
