Ont i nacken

Att man får ont i nacken beror på att nacken behöver skydda sig och skapar en subluxation/Låsning med lokal stretch av nerverna. Nacken skyddar sig från t.ex. fysisk skada(disk), mentalt, stress, etc. Beroende på var subluxationen är kan du känna av huvudvärk eller yrsel, utstrålning i armarna. Tanken är att när du inte behöver skydda nacken så skall subluxationen låsas upp av din kropp. När man blir stelare är det svårare för kroppen att släppa subluxationen.
