Ont i nacken

Att man får ont i nacken beror på att nacken behöver skydda sig och skapar en subluxation/Låsning med lokal stretch av nerverna. Nacken skyddar sig från t.ex. fysisk skada(disk), mentalt, stress, etc. Beroende på var subluxationen är kan du känna av huvudvärk eller yrsel, utstrålning i armarna. Tanken är att när du inte behöver skydda nacken så skall subluxationen låsas upp av din kropp. När man blir stelare är det svårare för kroppen att släppa subluxationen. Man blir stelare av att kroppen försöker kompensera och flera låsningar kommer till. Dessa känns troligen också.



 

 


Entrainmenten som är en mjuk justering låser upp den subluxation som är grund orsaken. För att nacken skall hålla sig mjukare och bra behöver vi göra en entrainment vid flera tillfällen. Entrainmenten bygger på sikt upp en bättre fungerande nacke och ryggrad. Vilket gör att om du kommer hit långsiktigt kan du känna högre livskvalitet så som sova bättre, mer energi och lösa problem bättre utöver att du har mindre ont i nacken.
