Vad är egentligen problemet med stress!

När man tänker på stress är det oftast när det är något som är jobbigt. Om man frågar någon vad stress är säger dem oftast saker som har med tidsbrist etc. När man tittar på stress ser man att det handlar om olika saker som påverkar oss och kan göra att vi blir stressade så som mentalstressfaktor (tidsbrist etc.), fysiskstressfaktor (ramla), kemiskstressfaktor (miljögifter, mediciner etc.), elektromagnetiskstressfaktor (solen, elektrisk strålning). Som vi skrev i tidigare bloggen är det viktigaste att kunna stänga av stressresponsen när stressen är över. Det är när man inte stänger av stressresponsen som man tänker på negativ stress. Då skyddar kroppen nervsystemet och låser ryggen och nervsystemet självt börjar jobba på högvarv, överstimulerat eller lågvarv, understimulerat. Om du inte återhämtar dig blir nervsystemet svängande och pendlar mellan över och understimulerat, vilket heter instabilt nervsystem. När man stressar för länge bränner man ut nervsystemet och får ett utmattat nervsystem.



 

 



Du kan märka av detta som att du får ont någonstans i kroppen. Även dina inre organ blir påverkade. När nervsystemet är överstimulerat kan man ha kalla händer, fötter, högt blodtryck, spända muskler, gnissla tänderna, oro, hjärtklappning, colon irritabel, lätt blir sjuk etc. Med understimulerat nervsystem kan du ha ADD/ADHD, lågt blodsocker, depression, förstoppning, låg smärt tröskel, etc. Instabilt nervsystem visar samma saker som överstimulerat och migrän, skakningar, snarkning, PMS, allergier, varma vallningar, humörsvängningar, etc. Utmattat nervsystem som kommer efter extrem nivå av neurologisk stimulering visar saker som kronisk trötthet, Epstein-barr syndrom, autoimmuna sjukdomar som t ex MS, SLE, RA, fibromyalgi, cancer etc.
