Ryggradens 5 gåvor!

Ryggraden tar vi för givet tills det gör ont. Men det är så att när ryggraden lättare kan förändras med behov (rörligare) är det lättare att anpassa sig i livet. Skador är gåvor. En möjlighet att förändra. Inte alltid lätt att se detta när man är skadad.



Vad är ryggradens gåvor?

1) Funktion skyddar hjärnan och nervsystemet. Kontrollerar funktionen i kroppens alla celler. Förbättrar vår fysiska upplevelse. Den ökar vår anpassningsmöjlighet till livet.




2) Känslor kan bli inlåsta som försvar. Ibland har du känslor utan att känna dem. Att spela upp känslor igen kommer från våra tankar. Känslor skall vara kortvariga genom att vi gör något/ändrar funktion och därför inte behöver känslan mer. Formen, positionen, spänningen och tonen i din ryggrad är en reflektion av formen, positionen, spänningen och tonen i ditt liv.



3) Självuppfattning: Du har olika identiteter så som förälder, yrke och fru/man, etc. Jag är kan leda till att vi skyddar vår identitet. Vilket kan leda till problem. Man kan låsa in sig i sin självuppfattning.




4) Beteende: Rörelse mot ett medvetet mål.



5) Medvetenhet: Vara medveten vad som händer. Där vi fokuserar går vår energi. Var är ditt fokus? Det som varit eller framtiden. Vill du gå tillbaka-restorativ healing eller förändra till något nytt. Barn skall tillåtas ha feber det ger en interferon som skyddar mot kroniska sjukdomar senare i livet. Reorganisational healing söker kontakt och en mening på djupet. En person skapar nya möjligheter i livet. Symtom är till för att förändra livet. Humanistiskt synsätt/social vetenskap. Sant välmående. Leder till optimalt dynamiskt medveten status för förändring.
